French term

Communiquant

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
The "Communiquant" is a party signing a contract with another party. Is it the "owner"?

The co-signatory

It is very difficult to be sure of its meaning out of context; but if it is about a written declaration or contract of some sort it should refer to the one or party that declares what is written within.Yet I don't think that it has anything to do with ownership.
