First of all, it's worth checking whether there is a comma after "souterrain", because I've come across a number of examples where there is a comma and that would change the meaning.
"Immeuble" doesn't always mean "building", it can mean land and that is what I believe it means here. It would help to check this against a plan, but it could mean a flying freehold.
You haven't said what exactly is being sold and whether the buildings have been constructed yet. This looks like a site assembly by a developer, where the various registered parcels have not yet been consolidated into a single title, but the developer is already trying to sell off-plan. It is also possible that the titles involved cannot be consolidated, which would bring us back to a flying freehold spanning either two buildings or two separately registered plots of land, or a combination of the above.

| No comma after souterrain. The buildings were constructed at least twenty years ago, and are lived in. I too had come to the conclusion that it was land here. I'm going with your suggestion. It seems to fit the bill. Thanks |
