Albanian term

Inspektimet tregojnë depërtueshmëri mesatare dhe deri atë të lartë dhe...

Non-PRO Albanian to English Tech/Engineering Geology Dam construction
Full sentence is too long for the term box:

"Inspektimet tregojnë depërtueshmëri mesatare dhe deri atë të lartë dhe në 20 m e sipër të konglomeratit dhe thellësi mesatare deri në të ulët në thellësi."

There isn't any unknown term as such, just horrible syntax. Can anyone make good sense of it?
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (1): Ledja

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Inspections indicate penetrability ranging from medium to high

Not the worst of syntax. Admittedly, it could have been better rendered as "depërtueshmëri nga mesatare deri në të lartë", but it seems they wanted to stress the fact that the findings were mostly of medium penetrability, but there were even high instances of it - in which case, the translation could be tweaked to "medium to even high penetrability".

The way I read it (I'm not an expert in the field though :) is: Inspections indicate penetrability ranging from medium to high in 20m or higher of the conglomerate, and *penetrability* (I can only assume they put depth by mistake here) ranging from medium to low in its depth.
Obviously, there is room for improvement there - especially in what specifically is meant by depth or 20m, but they do so like to leave those to the imagination of the readers, don't they? :)
Note from asker:
Thanks but I'm looking for a sensible rendering of the entire sentence please.
