How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

tu mamy - ustalenie w oparciu ..., czyli - zaadaptowanie zapytań, co spowodowało uporządkowane ustalenia, na przykład:

a, ja uważam, że "establish" w podanym do pytania kontekście jest zbyt arbitralne - jak na ten poziom/etap postępowania;
"establish" można użyć w fazie końcowej postępowania, a tymczasem właśnie - ustalono w "lżejszym" ocennie brzmieniu, właśnie - "arranged for" !

myślę, że nie wybierzesz Asiu mojej oferty, może ona nieco komplikuje całe zdanie, ale na wszelki wypadek - tu protestuję, bo w dyskusjach chwilowo zostałem pozbawiony prawa (a to jak szafot na Prozie) -- a, więc protestuję przeciwko postawieniu identycznej propozycji przez jednego z koleżków - grubo po zaproponowaniu przeze mnie identycznej - tej tutaj - propozycji

Ustalenie, w tym przypadku, to jednostronne określenie stanu rzeczy na podstawie dokumentów (faktur, umów, spisów z inwentarza, etc.) i ewentualnie innych dowodów, które służy do dokonania oświadczenia na rzecz audytora.
Oczywiście np. procedura "uzgodnienia" salda wzajemnych rozliczeń jest przyczynkiem do "ustalenia" salda, tym niemniej ustalenie w powyższym kontekście jest czynnością jednostronną i dlatego nie mógłbym poprzeć tłumaczenia typu "agree" lub "arrange".
