Coste (de) Tarificación

Spanish to English Marketing Marketing Electric vehicles
We are in a context of electic vehicles, charging their batteries at quick-charging points.

I don't have much context, just an abbreviated caption in two lines, as shown below:

"Coste Tarificación
Carga Rápida"

I wonder whether "coste de tarificación" could be interpreted as "Cost Pricing", that is, would it make sense as an option? In which case:

"Quick Charge
Cost Pricing" .

I'd appeciate your interpretations.

I think this is what they mean. "Tarificar" is "to meter". I have includied a link below.
