Where does it appear on the menu? If we're talking puddings, then cakes don't feature that much. Granted, there will be the odd chocolate cake on a dessert menu, and cheesecake of course, but as often as not, the tarta will turn out to be a tart or even a pie.

I do a LOT of menu translations, and it's sometimes nice to get away from the standard "home-made" or "house".

Having said that, and if the restaurant has aspirations, you could use the French term "maison"

As we know this is specifically a cheesecake, I would definitely mention this in the menu.

And as it is made on the premises and is one of their popular specialities, another option would be "XXX special Cheesecake" or "Cheesecake a la XXX", where XXX is the name of the actual restaurant. This adds an aura of exclusivity.

You could play around with a combination of these ideas, but in any case, I would strongly suggest that you retain the "Cheesecake" element

I'd use the name of the restaurant, also adding any distinctive ingredients.
