Hello, I am translating a poem and it says:
If it should be that I grow weak,
And pain should keep me from my sleep,
Then you must do what must be done,
For this last battle cannot be won.
I´m not sure of the meaning of "If it should be that...."
May it be: "Si me vuelvo débil...."
