Japanese to English Medical Law: Contract(s)

I know what this means but I was wondering if there was a proper term or at least a　standard way of saying it in a legal contract.

被験者の負担を軽減する経費等であって、次に掲げる経費（以下、「負担軽減費等」という）

This sentence is taken from a Clinical trial agreement. These expenses are paid to the subjects taking part in the clinical trial to reduce their financial burden.
