Chief of Military/(Army) Procuratorial Supervision/(Supervision by the Military/ Army Prosecutor) but it seems to be a bit out-of-date IMHO.
The post: Chief of Procuratorial Supervision/(Directorate) of Principal Military Prosecution Department.

Chief of the Directorate of Oversight
Basically looking over the shoulder of lower-level procuracy bodies

From my R>E Diplomatic Dictionary: prokurorskiy nadzor - procurator\'s/procuratorial supervision; supervision by a public prosecutor [obviously the latter applies to a civilian procurator].
\"Supervision\" is fine with me in any case

Alexander Demyanov
: Supervision. Except "nadzor" is supervision over law enforcement, not lower-level procuracy

: Maybe it's just one of those US-UK things, but to me "oversight" means something neglected or omitted in error. Quite happy about "supervision".

Yes, oversight means the same thing here, but it's unambiguous to an American in this context
