1.1 Description of the Turbine
1.1.1 Turbine Casing
The steam turbine is of a single casing, full speed running with connection to the generator. There is used a downward exhausting to a backpressure steam system or a district heater. Turbine casings are divided by a horizontal plane into the upper and lower halves. Stud bolts made from temperature resistant alloy steel are used to locate and secure the two halves. A flange heating is not required. The outer turbine casing is made of cast steel. The turbine inlet section is of a double shell design (inner and outer casings). The inner casing is also made of cast steel. The exhaust branches have a circular form.
The outer turbine casing is mounted over lugs in the horizontal plane on the front and rear bearing pedestals. Mounting in the horizontal plane ensures that any expansion due to thermal effects has a neutral effect and the rotor and stator alignment in the hot and cold conditions remain the same. The extraction branch is situated on the lower half of the outer casing.
The inner casing is mounted in the horizontal plane of the outer casing on the lugs. The centring in axial direction is provided by guide pins in the front and the rear section of the casing. The position of the inner casing in axial direction is adjusted and secured with a guide near the steam inlets.

Паровая турбина имеет один цилиндр, вал турбины напрямую соединён с валом генератора, частота его вращения равна частоте вращения ротора генератора. Пар отбирается снизу и направляется к системе противодавления пара или сетевому подогревателю.
