Medical (general)
Internal Medicine
In Czech medical report, patient has ruptured spleen. This is from CT AG (computed tomography angiography) of spleen, in this context:
"Srdeční oddíly nezvětšené. Mediastinum bez patol. LU."
My question is really what "LU" stands for and Czech and what the English translation is, in this context.
Thanks,
Stephen

Discussion
To LU I am not sure, now. Perhaps Lungs...?
Mediastinum is a non-delineated group of structures in the thorax, surrounded by loose connective tissue, can include thymoma, lymphoma, pheochromocytoma and germ cell tumors including teratoma. Those structures have no pathologigal findings.
Mediastinal lymph nodes normal (by Gerry ) , well, why don't wait.
Where is norm./normal ?
