Thanks a lot Michael, your suggestion seems to be very relevant. I actually chose this and made a note to the client, but so far I have received no clarification/confirmation from the clients, therefore I still do not know if it is correct or not.

Factors that drive sales? Am I correct from the context that the changes referred to are increases in the sales of the pharmaceutical to reduce scarring? The factors listed would seem to suggest that, since these same factors are issues in the marketing of any new drug.

If that is the case, then a major determinant is whether or not the drug is covered by the state formulary.
