In realtà dipende dalla tipologia dell'ago (lungo, corto, curvo ecc.) ma in questo caso, non trattandosi di una descrizione troppo specialistica, direi che "aspirating needle" potrebbe andare bene.
Molto diverso da "Hagedorn needle" che è un ago curvo da sutura o da "hypodermic needle" usato per iniettare sostanze sotto alla cute.

I think this is the meaning, not a special term
To provide a protecting device for clearly showing that an injection needle or a sucking needle is already used and for surely preventing it from being used again.

under "technical specifications" on the above-posted link sucking needle is also called sampling needle.
Since your text is about "travaso" I thougth this could work.
I understand a needle for aspiration, "fish hook needle" is something different, unless you have a picture where it looks like a hook.
A needle for aspiration from a bottle should' be curved
