Japanese term

貯湯タンク

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Heating System
Context: 貯湯タンクから燃料電池への戻り温度が約43℃以上の場合や、停止後4時間以内は発電を開始しません。

I'm considering "boiler tank" or "hot water storage tank" here, but suggestions will be highly appreciated. :)

((hot) water) reservoir

I think reservoir is more commonly used than (water storage) tank in this case. For example:

Use or don't use the "water" part depending on how obvious it is water. If the temp is usually below 43C, I am not sure if it is appropriate to call it "hot."

storage tank

Personally, I'd go with "storage tank" for the sake of simplicity if the fact that it was for hot water was in prior context.

hot water storage tank

As "storage tank" is 貯蔵タンク, I would include the hot water part.
