Spanish term
Coyunturalmente
Spanish to English
Other
Government / Politics
This involves a goverment and one of its agencies (the agency arranges interagency cooperation in R+D+I, and coordination of R+D+I policy).
I can see this one has come up before, but none of the recommendation seem to work here. TIA!!
"Coyunturalmente o de manera sistemática, el gobierno recibirá recomendaciones expertas sobre el sistema de R+I+i."
Rough draft:
"The government systematically and XXXX receives expert recommendations on the R+D+I system."

: ...but I would leave "de manera sistemática" as "systematically", not regularly.

ad hoc
It helps to rephrase it, to switch the adverbs to adjectives:
The govt receives both systematic and ad hoc expert recs on the RDI system.
