Habla de los medios por lo cuales se pueden hacer las notificaciones del Juzgado de Trabajo y es una cita de la Ley del Organismo Judicial de Guatemala. Por favor vean el punto c):
“Toda resolución debe hacerse saber a las partes o a sus representantes facultados para el efecto, en la forma legal Y SIN ELLO NO QUEDAN OBLIGADOS NI SE LES PUEDE AFECTAR EN SUS DERECHOS. También se notificará a las otras personas a las que la resolución se refiera. Las notificaciones se harán según el caso: a) Personalmente; b) Por los estrados del tribunal; y c) por el libro de copias. . .”. Por su parte el artículo 328 letra a) establece que se notificará personalmente: la demanda, la reconvención y la primera resolución que se dicte al iniciarse cualquier asunto.

After notice to the plaintiff to produce a letter which he admitted to have received from the defendant, it was held that an entry by a deceased clerk, in a letter book professing to be a copy of a letter from the defendant to the plaintiff of the same date, was admissible evidence of the contents, proof having been given, that according to the course of business, letters of business written by the plaintiff were copied by this clerk and then sent off by the post. 3 Campb.
