Translating a property developer's contract and for the some reason the meaning of the following sentence eludes me.

I think that the mean that the project manager can subcontract jobs out and add that to the total cost of the project (the amount hte project manager has to pay for third-party work).
Perhaps put this phrase at the end of the sentence in the English translation.
moyennant = with the result of (in exchange for?)
imputation sur le prix = charged onto theprice
l'ouvrage = all the work involved in building whatever it is

imputing costs is a very common "accounting terms" - attributing costs in other words. Sometimes this is by means of a forecast, or alternative means of calculating. ie imputing income to someone, when they have not worked by choice, or a good explanation is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imputed_costs
