全文の概略を教えてください。
The interpretation of this Agreement will exclude any rights under legislative provisions conferring rights under a contract to persons not a party to that contract (including any rights which would otherwise be conferred by the operation of section 11 of the Property Law Act 1969(WA)), except to the extent necessary to permit enforcement of rights expressly conferred on third parties under this Agreement.
