Doctor's notes on a patient's medical record
Hello,
I'm hoping someone out there will be able to help with the translation of the abovementioned acronym 'RAV'. It has been written by a doctor on a patient's medical notes. It appears under a list of the patient's medical symptoms and under a list of recommended medication. Is it related to the date of consultation, or the date of the patient's next consultation, or something else entirely?
