English to Serbo-Croat Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

Znam šta je "vest", ali mi nije jasna upotreba u ovom kontekstu.

Radi se o sledećem: jedan član ugovora o zakupu govori o tome kako će, u slučaju da se Zakupac odrekne svojih obaveza iz ugovora, Jemac (koji garantuje za njegove obaveze) biti dužan da potpiše novi ugovor o zakupu sa Zakupodavcem. To je "new lease" koji se pominje u pasusu ispod. Međutim, nije mi jasno ovo "...subject to the right of any person to have this lease vested in them by the court..."

EVO KAKO GLASI PASUS:

The rights and obligations under the new lease shall take effect from the date of the termination of the current lease and the new lease shall:
4.2.1 be granted subject to the right of any person to have this lease vested in them by the court and to the terms on which any such order may be made and subject to the rights of any third party existing at the date of the grant;

Ima li neku ideju šta bi to moglo da znači? Da će novi zakup stupiti na snagu zavisno od toga da li je ga je sud dodelio nekom licu ("any person") i zavisno od prava neke treće strane u trenutku zaključivanja zakupa?
