SKOKIE, Ill. -- Forsythe Solutions Group was recently recognized by Cisco Systems at Cisco's annual Partner Summit in Vancouver, British Columbia, for achieving the highest attachment rate among all Cisco distributor partners in the United States. Attachment rate is the percentage of hardware devices that a partner sells for which the partner also sells a Cisco maintenance contract. Forsythe won the award for its 89.2% attachment rate in 2004.
The 2004 U. S. Best Service Attach Rate Performance award, one of 10 given to national distributors in the United States for service excellence, was presented to Forsythe by Cisco's George O'Meara, vice president, services marketing and channels, customer advocacy, and Chuck Robbins, vice president, U. S. channels. Over 3,000 Cisco distributors from across the globe attended the Cisco Partner Summit Meeting.
