I think the Nْ (I used the Arabic Sokoon sign) indicates to No., i.e. number. However, it is followed by SIRET then a number of five sets.

Normally you don't translate this, it is an ID number used by any company or freelancer in France. SIRET is an acronym for "Système Informatique du Répertoire des ETablissements ". However it has 14 numbers, not 5...
