Introspection Workshops

Another possibility would be "meditation workshops" but I don't think that this is what is being referred to.

The idea seems to be for the persons with disabilities at these gatherings to reflect on what they really want to do, what their *abilities* are, etc. This terms would seem to fit. I could find no specific references to such workshops for persons with disabilities, but please see references.
