skt = socket
It's the type of head on the screw. It requires a hex head socket wrench, which would be a "llave de vaso" or "llave de cubo", or maybe something else, depending on your country.
I don't know what the "c/c" is.

The "c/c" might mean "counter clockwise", perhaps indicating that the screw has a left-hand thread, but that's just a guess.

Sorry, I didn't see your question: "Estos son tornillos hexagonales ???". No, the screw itself is not hexagonal, only the head. Instead of having a slot or a cross cut into the head like normal screws, this one either has a hexagonal shape slot in the head, or the head itself is hexagonally shaped. If it is the first kind, then you need a special tool that looks like a screwdriver but has the hexagonal pattern tip on it. If it is the second type, then you need a socket wrench or box wrench. At first I thought it might be the second type, but not I think it might be the first type.
I don't know what the "c/c" is.
