Polish term
Szczurko

Names (personal, company)
I'm really not sure if this is a Polish name or not, while the only information I know is that "Szczurko" is a person's family name. Would anyone please clarify a possible transliteration of this name into English with syllable examples (ex. "Sh" of "ship", "sur" of "surface", etc.)?
If it is not Polish and you may guess what language the name is associated, I would appreciate you would tell me that as well.

Comment: "Thank you for a quick answer. So, it's close to the 5 syllables "sh ch u r ko" with the accent on "u"?
Helps a lot, thank you! -"
