French term

prononcer la dissolution

French to English Bus/Financial Law (general) Shareholders' resolutions
A toute époque, l’Assemblée générale extraordinaire peut, sur proposition de l’Administrateur général, prononcer la dissolution de la société.

I am finding "declare the dissolution", but it seems to me that those are all translated from French, as that phrase sounds translated from French. Is this as simple as "pronounce the dissolution", or is "declare" actually correct? I know that they don't mean "deliver" or "grant", though.
Proposed translations (English)
4 +7 vote to dissolve

Thanks, I actually used this in one instance, but in other instances it turns out that "declare" worked best.

agree Richard Benham : Or "resolve to dissolve"? Probably more formally correct, although the rhyme is a negative.
