Nevajag "oficiaali" taapeec, kaa ražotaajs nevar buut reģistreets nekaada citaa formaa - tikai oficiaali.

The same way as "Champignon mushrooms" are incorrect, because Champignons are in French mushrooms :-)

likumīgais ražotājs

Vismaz loģiski domājot, sanāk tā. Tiesa gan pamatot to ar piemēriem nevaru, jo nudien nevienu neatradu. Varbūt tas ir viens no tiem jēdzieniem, kurš latviešu valodā netiek lietots.

PVO definīcija: Legal Manufacturer means the natural or legal person with responsibility for the design, manufacture, packaging and labelling of a product or device before it is placed on the market under his own name, regardless of whether these operations are carried out by that person himself or on his behalf by a third party3.
Note that a Legal Manufacturer may commonly contract another company to manufacture products or devices sold under the Legal Manufacturer’s name. Such a contracted manufacturer is typically known as an Original Equipment Manufacturer or OEM.
