English to French Bus/Financial Marketing the implementation of business projets involving the use of IT products

I'm confused about the various meanings of "credit" in different contexts.

"Credit support systems" is part of a response list for a question asking the respondent to identify the types of automotive projects he/she is implementing on his/her site. (FYI, other possible responses on this list include "Dealer Management", "Design Automation", and "Shop floor control".)

My tentative translation of "systèmes de support au crédit" seems completely nonsensical in French! Do you think they may be refering to "accounts receivables"? or do you think they are refering to consumer financing? Help!
