According Civil Code of RU, when lease of living area ( Condo, apartment and so on) используются слова : Наем жилого помещения ( глава 35 ГК).
Вопрос для русских граждан и не граждан в Америке что мне использовать: Наем жилого помещения и сответсвенно Наниматель и Наймодатель или как для коммерческого помещенияпредпрятия и т.д. в ГК РФ - Договор Аренды и Арендатор и Арендодатель соответсвенно ( парагр 4 ГК).
Арендная плата (1) или плата за наем жилого помещения (2) or (3) renta??

Trust me, sometimes it hurts to know too much about legal remedees and etc..and then you, as a translator, want to be too carefull in using/choosing words...:-)

(Sorry, space limit)� translation. Unless they are being subsidized for your services as well. If they will be paying their rent on time and provide truthful information about their income, there should absolutely no reason for future court proceedings.

Legal issues Would you just leave : "Landlord" and "Tenant" in �nglish without translation and even typining it in Russian? what about rent? - leave it as rent or simply "����� �� ����"?? Client asked me to do it very "Legal"in case they must go to court, there would not be any discrepancy or translation misunderstanding or fault ot confusion. Though, they will use it in American not in Russian court..

HUD – это Министерство жилищного строительства и городского развития США

Я бы не писал «Наймодатель» и пр. – зачем излишний бюрократизм? Договор заключают между собой Landlord (владелец, собственник дома) и Tenant (квартиросъёмщик); вот так я бы и написал.
