Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Biopsy pathology reports
This appears as a heading for a report for examination of a prostate biopsy, including gross examination, microscopic examination and diagnosis.
Would this be be translated literally as "Anatomopathological report" or "Anatomic Pathology Report", as "Histopathological Report", or as the broader "Pathology Report"?
Thanks in advance for your help on this.

pathology In my opinion "pathology report" would be the most suitable. I think the combination of anatomy+pathology is not really used for reports, but more to refer to the department eg in a university/insitution. Histopathology I think also sounds fine.
