French term
Argumentaire Commercial
French to English
Bus/Financial
Transport / Transportation / Shipping
EDI, e-Commerce
ESPAGNE. Again, this appears as the name/heading of a field in a Spanish string from billing software:
"El valor informado en el campo Argumentaire Commercial debe ocupar un máximo 250 caracteres"...
I've looked for examples of usage and the definition in French and found this:
"L'argumentaire commercial est le document remis aux vendeurs, ou conçu par eux, qui rassemble un ensemble d'arguments qu'ils peuvent utiliser lors d'un entretien de vente pour convaincre les prospects ou répondre à leurs critiques"
In plain English, I'd call that a sales pitch, but perhaps there is a better, more formal expression?

a speech or act that attempts to persuade someone to buy or do something:

Sales script
Not having the context, I put a medium to my confidence. The sales script is used normally by telemarketers.
A sales script is a written dialogue guide used by inside sales representatives to talk to clients over the phone or via voicemail. A sales script could be a detailed word for word script or a list of key talking points and common responses. Sales scripts can help nervous sales reps know what to say when they get flustered and/or respond to tough questions from clients.

Selling Points
argument commercial > selling point
(Source: Harrap's Marketing Dictionary.)
I would imagine in shipping, perhaps you're not pitching in the normal sense, but more replying to sticking-points, so in other words using selling points to convince your sales prospect.
So the name of the document would be "Selling Points", with initial capitals.
