We have a clear idea of all architectural details so the consultant could highlight these features and could result in an up – sell.

For example, picking out a cornice in a contrasting colour will have added another colour/tin/finish to the clients spec which will increase the bottom line.

Difficile de se prononcer puisqu'on ne sait quasiment rien du contexte, mais bottom line, c'est normalement le chiffre sur la dernière ligne du bilan, donc le « résultat ».

Le fait de proposer aux clients des prestations ou des éléments qu'ils n'avaient pas demandés pourrait améliorer le résultat de l'entreprise.

Ça colle avec le reste de votre doc ?
