English to Arabic Medical Medical (general)

We crossed the tight almost chronic total occlusion with Pilot 50 wire and support of micro catheter. Pre-dilated the chronic total occlusion with 1.2 x 20 mm at 20 atmospheres then upsized to 2.25 x 15 mm balloon at 14 atmospheres then drug eluting balloon 2.5 x 25 mm Sequent at 10 atmospheres. Then we used drug eluting balloons to the distal right coronary artery with 3.5 x 40 mm at 14 atmospheres with good results, this has caused severe chest pain with ST elevation in the inferior leads there is no decreased flow distally. So this was treated by IV fluids and intracoronary nitrates and that was normalized fully.
