I actually prefer the first expression (Tribal Association) as it is less wordy. To include the tribe name, you can say "the X Tribal Association" or "the X Tribe Association" where X is the name of the tribe.

ينبغي تجاهل كلمة كلمة أبناء في الترجمة، لان المقصود منها كل من ينتمي للقبيلة أي أنه تكرار للقبيلة نفسها لذلك، مثل هذا التأكيد في اللغة العربية يجب تجاهله في الترجمة لأنه يؤدي إلى عدم وضوح المقصود
