Hallo liebes Forum,

wie wir bei Dolmetscherterminen vor Gericht die Fahrtzeit vergütet?
Geht es da nach den Kilometern oder aber nach der Fahrtzeit? Mit welchem Tariff würde dann die Fahrtzeit berechnet?
Ich habe dazu unterschiedliche Angaben bekommen und bin jetzt etwas verunsichert :-/

Schau mal ins JVEG: Die Fahrtzeit wird in die Dolmetschzeit eingerechnet, aufgerundet wird auf halbe Stunden. Dazu kommen 0,30 EUR pro gefahrenen Kilometer.

... dann hatte ich das doch richtig verstanden. Das kam mir so komisch vor, weil ich letztendlich mehr Zeit im Auto verbracht habe, als im Gerichtssaal.
