Discussion

Ines Burrell Dec 16, 2015:
To var saukt par covenant. Pats vārds jau ietver ierobezojuma jēdzienu, tādēļ restrictive noteikti te nevajag. Taču covenant parasti ir ļoti nopietns noteikums nevis vienkārša atkāpe. Tas nevar būt ietverts vienā teikumā kaut kur dokumenta stūrī.
Arabella Bishop (asker) Dec 16, 2015:
restrictive provision?
Arabella Bishop (asker) Dec 16, 2015:
vai šāds variants der? restrictive covenant

n. 1) an agreement (covenant) included in a deed to real property that the buyer (grantee) will be limited (restricted) as to the future use of the property. Example: no fence may be built on the property except of dark wood and not more six-feet high, no tennis court or swimming pool may be constructed within 30 feet of the property line, and no structure can be built within 20 feet of the frontage street. Commonly these covenants are written so that they can be enforced by the grantor and other owners in the subdivision, so that future owners will be bound by the covenant (called "covenant running with the land" if enforceable against future owners). 2) all restrictive covenants based on race ("the property may be occupied only by Caucasians") were declared unconstitutional in 1949, and if they still show on deeds, are null and void. (See: covenant that runs with the land)

Note

Latviski to var saukt par atkāpi, bet angliski tā ir parasta piezīme.

Note from asker:
Tur jau ir tā lieta, ka parasta piezīme ir iepriekšējā teikumā, kuram seko atkāpe, tad ieguldījuma pamatojums, izlietojums, segums

N.B.

nota bene - used to direct attention to something particularly important.

note well; take note. Abbreviation: NB, N.B., nb or n.b.

It is in the singular imperative mood, instructing one individual to note well the matter at hand. In present-day English, it is used, particularly in legal papers, to draw the attention of the reader to a certain (side) aspect or detail of the subject on hand, translating it as "pay attention" or "take notice".
