Andrei Mazurin Mar 15, 2013: Хм... Не уверен, что взаимодействие компаний в области выращивания с/х культур как-то коррелирует с probate(s). :-) В целом, согласен с olgfaesq01: авторы текста действительно включили в договор всех, кого только можно, без оглядки на содержание самого договора.

olgaesq01 Mar 15, 2013: I think whoever prepared the agreement simply decided to list all possible parties to cover all the angles. They are actually missing the "predecessors," "privies," "distributees," and "devisees" since they elected to list "legatees" and both of which were already covered by the "beneficiaries" :o)

Kirill Mogilny Mar 14, 2013: сначала тоже подумал о душеприказчике, но executor в тексте уже перечислен. как и распорядитель имущества (administrator), и представитель (representative). да и вообще probate - это процедура или документ, а не должность. странное употребление.

olgaesq01 : "Probate" as a noun but not the process is usually referred to the actual Court that deals with the probate process (US) and may be the clerk of the Probate Registry (UK) but neither can be part to the contract/agreement signed by the now dead party :o)
