litigiu provine din limba franceza si se refera la un 'conflict care POATE forma obiectul unui proces, arbitraj, etc' cf DEX deci nu duce neaparat la acesta. cat despre 'indreptatit', inseamna ca exista argumente, nu neaparat ca e rezolvat favorabil. totusi cred ca si traducerea 'contestatii' este corecta, desi nu exprima la fel de puternic din punct de vedere stilistic ideea exprima de 'disputes', care are mai mult forta.

: nu se subintelege si nu se imputa nimic.nu este vorba de litigii(ajungere in instanta).aici "hearing" se poate referi chiar si la o intilnire cu cineva situat mai sus ierarhic in aceeasi organizatie sau cu mediatori.este necesar factual.

'hearing' este foarte rar folosit fara complement direct cu sensul pe care il sugerezi tu, de aceea cred ca de fapt nu ai interpretat bine.
