Too long, didn't watch. Am far too busy with actual translation work to fritter it away on watching a video blog about what at the end of the day is most likely to be a way to sell us human translators something for big bucks, or do us out of a job, or undercut our earnings, etc.
Moreover, the "neural" bit brings to mind "NLP" (Neuro-linguistic programming), another late 20th Century trend I have always been deeply wary of.
