Hello, I am glad you are here!


My name is Mariana and I am a Brazil-based (UTC-3) English into Brazilian Portuguese translator specializing in games. I also hold a degree in Translation from October 2021. My journey in the translation world began in 2014.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

– Game translation, editing, and proofreading services provided both for direct clients and agencies.

– Store pages, update notices with quick turnaround, in-game descriptions, lore, dialogues, UI elements, cutscenes subtitles… Basically every type of game text.

– Application of translation techniques, transcreation, QA.


EDUCATION:

– Undergraduate in System Analysis and Development.

– Graduate in Translation and Proofreading of English Texts.
