Bio

Ever since I started my translation studies I have been translating. I love building bridges, making people connect and understand each other and sharing my knowledge with others. Translation is one of those privileged activities that make the world a better place.

I have been speaking English since I was a child. Arabic language is a passion that came later, when I began studying it at the university. Now I have been studying it for 10 years (you never stop learning) and, after having lived in Lebanon for two years and worked in Saudi Arabia for long periods of time during the last three years, I can say I have got a deep understanding of Arabic language and heterogeneous culture.

In my blog Ta Marbuta, which receives around 20.000 a year, I speak about my experience as an Arabic translator, and I share tips and information that Arabic students can find useful. I also share my knowledge to the world in other blogs such as Academia Árabe.

Currently I am exploring new fields in my life and I am taking acting lessons. I am also studying German, which I hope to add soon to my working languages.
