Więcej niż dziesięć lat podejmował pracę charytatywną w różnych polskich kościołach, gdzie spotkał się z uznaniem wielu osób i instytucji, chociażby wspomnieć podziękowanie ze strony Prymasa Księdza Kardynała Józefa Glempa czy Watykanu, czy innych przełożonych kościelnych.
Posiada stopień naukowy doktora habilitowanego z zakresu medycyny niekonwencjonalnej-naturalnej, uznanej oficjalnie przez naukę jako skuteczny środek pomocy w chorobach nieuleczalnych.

Po otrzymaniu spadku kamiennicy w Krakowie po zmarłej matce zamierza otworzyć w niej szpital leczenia raka i rehabilitacji dla Kościoła i tych, którzy bardzo oczekuję takiej pomocy, podobny do prowadzonych przez OO Bonifratrów.
Motywem jego działania jest niesienie pomocy cierpiącej ludnośći polskiej za przykłądem swoich krewnych. Jego dziadek gen. Tereszczenko pomagał w roku 1939 oraz w stanei wojennym, przesyłąjąc paczki z z lekami, z żywnością, odzieżą poprzez lotnisko w Kijowie. Za ten proceder został zatrzymany przez NKWD i władze stalinowskie i skazany na sześć lat więzienia w łagrach syberyjskich. Od wyroku nie uchybił się, ale go przyjął w wierności swoim ideałom.
Matka Katarzyna Leszczyńska urodzona w Krakowie, więźniarka oświęcimskiego obozu koncentracyjnego, zobowiązała syna do niesienia pomocy cierpiącym Polakom.

A letter of reccomendation
I, the undersigned hereby certify that I know dr Aleksander Leszczyński, an ex -army colonel and chiropractor-neurologist from Legnica. He is a holder of work permit allowing him to within the boundaries of The Republic of Poland, granted by The Ministry of health and Social Services.
For more than ten years he has been involved in the voluntary work for churches in Poland , where he enjoyed a good reputation among many figures and institutions, to name just Cardinale Priest and Primate Józef Glemp, Vatican officials and other representatives of the church.
He holds the academic Ph.D degree in alternative but natural medicine, recognized as an effective mean in treating incurable diseases.
He owns the patent for the malignant skin, bone and eye cancer (cornea), licensed by International Anticancer Convention in Paris and Chicago.
After inheriting a tenement building in Krakow from his deceased mother he intends to convert it into a church community cancer treatment hospital and rehabilitation centre for and all those who are in need of such treatment, similar to the one conducted by Bonifratrzy Monastery.
Following his relatives the reason for his undertaking lies in the need of delivering help to the suffering polish community. His grandfather, general Tereszczenko, was bringing help throughout the war and the martial law in Poland by shipping parcels from the Kiev airport containing medicines, food and clothing for which was arrested by NKDV ( The People’s Commissariat for International Affairs)and exiled to siberian camp for six years. He did not from the sentence but accepted it faithfully to his ideals.
His mother, Katarzyna Leszczyńska, born in Krakow, the prisoner of the concentration camp at Auschwitz has obligated his son to bring help to suffering Poles.

Source text - English This year, to the end of June 2006, has been a year of marked contrasts. While it has been one of the most politically challenging in the
Company’s short history, it has also been one of the most successful operationally.
You will see from the Chief Executive’s review that Oxus has made significant advances in the development of its gold operations in
Uzbekistan. The open pit oxide operations have continued to perform well, production was started at Amantaytau Goldfields’
Vysokovoltnoye project, and considerable progress was made towards developing the sulphide underground mining operations.
However, the year as a whole has been undoubtedly marred by the political and legal mire in Kyrgyzstan, and more recently by
the State tax audit at Amantaytau Goldfields. There is no doubt in my mind that Oxus has done everything possible to meet the
demands of the Kyrgyz Government necessary for the reinstatement of the Jerooy mining licence. The fact that the Government
has not restored the licence to Oxus, but has seen fit to award it to another group, is very disappointing. The whole Jerooy issue
is now the subject of international arbitration and we are prevented from saying anything further while it remains effectively at a sub
judice level.
Financially, the Company has also been relatively successful and would have reported a significant improvement in earnings if it had
not been for the impact of a High Court judgment against the Company which was related to an abortive financing that took place
before the current management and directors came into the Company.
Oxus took the right decision last November to close out the AGF hedge book and assume the remaining debt. That proved to be a
successful move in that AGF, as an unhedged producer, was able to benefit fully from the strong gold price during the remainder of the
year and reported earnings of $20.3 million (2005: $12.8 million) after tax and debt service.
Finally, the issues that Oxus faces currently will not quickly go away and we fully expect to experience an equally challenging year
ahead. We have laid the foundations of a broader strategy to extend the Company’s operations into other areas, such as Ukraine
and Turkey, and we have a talented management team who are anxious to move ahead. On behalf of shareholders I should like to
express our thanks to them for their mammoth efforts during the past year.
Translation - Polish Mijający rok, był aż do czerwca 2006 rokiem wyraźnych kontrastów. W trakcie stosunkowo krótkiego okresu działalności naszej firmy rzucał on nam nie tylko w nowe wyzwania dyplomatyczne, ale również owocował w sukcesy operacyjne.
W swoim oświadczeniu dyrektor generalny wymienia osiagnięcia, których Oxus dokonał w zakresie rozwoju działań związanych z wydobyciem złota w Uzbekistanie. Należą do nich: sprawna kontynuacja działań operacyjnych prowadzonych w związku z kopalnią tlenku, sukces projektu Amantaytau Goldfields Vysokovoltnoye oraz znaczący krok w dziedzinie prac nad metodą podziemnego wytapiania siarki.
Sukcesy zostały niemniej jednak przyćmione politycznym i prawnym nieładem w Kirgistanie oraz przeprowadzoną niedawno przez państwo kontrolą podatkową w Amantaytau Goldfields. Oxus dokonał niewątpliwie wszystkiego, aby sprostać żądaniom kirgistańskiego rządu i odzyskać koncesję na wydobycie złota. Bardzo rozczarował nas fakt, że rząd nie przywrócił Oxusowi koncesji, nie widząc jednocześnie przeszkód w udzieleniu jej innej instytucji. Sprawa koncesji Jerooy została skierowana do arbitrażu międzynarodowego i dopóki nie zostanie rozpatrzona nie będziemy mogli udzielać dalszych informacji.
W odniesieniu do sytuacji finansowejrównież możemy mówić o swego rodzaju sukcesie i gdyby nie skutki wyroku Sądu Najwyższego dotyczącego nieudolnego zarządzania finansami przez poprzedników, zaobserwowalibyśmy znaczącą poprawę zarobków.
W listopadzie zeszłego roku Oxus podjął właściwą decyzję dotyczącą sprzedaży transakcji terminowych Amantaytau Goldfields (AGF) z jednoczesnym przejęciem jej długów. Kroki te okazały się celny, gdyż jako niezabezpieczony przed zmianą cen producent, AGF skorzystał w końcówce roku na wysokiej cenie złota i po potrąceniu kosztów na obsługę długu odnotował dochody na poziomie 20.3 milionów dolarów netto.
Problemy, z którymi obecnie boryka się Oxus, nie znikną w mgnieniu oka, dlatego spodziewamy się, że kolejny rok będzie dla firmy rokiem pełnym wyzwań. Przygotowaliśmy podwaliny długofalowej strategii, mającej na celu rozszerzenie działalności firmy na Ukrainę oraz Turcję. Nasza utalentowana kadra kierownicza jest gotowa do działania. Chciałbym w imieniu udziałowców spółki podziękować im za ich zeszłoroczną mozolną i ciężką pracę.

I am a sworn translator and interpreter (MA in Translation Studies at Portsmouth University) working from English into Polish and Polish into English. I also hold a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (Legal option) awarded by The Chartered Institute of Linguists. I am a member of Polish Translators Association. I have also completed a Freelance and Feature Writing course offered by the London School of Journalism. I also regulary attend language workshops and courses and I participate in numerous seminars and webinars such as Social Media for Translators, The English Legal System for Translator, Legal Insurance Terminology, Ethics and Code of Conduct for Interpreters by ITI, Criminal Law and Procedures for Legal Interpreters and Translators and The Stylistics of the Polish language for translators and copywriters. I have been working as a freelance and in-house translator and interpreter for the last four years, during which I have gained the trust of many clients.
