Hashtags, how should I translate them (Portuguese to Spanish)?

Hello!
I'm translating this text from portuguese to spanish and it talks about a movement using #UseLaranja, I know hashtags should not be translated but how do I state le meaning of that hashtag to the spanish speakig community?

If you Google #UseLaranja you will see that it is a name (as is), so there is no need to translate or explain.
