I have been using memoQ on the free mode (program with restricted functions). Now I have purchased a license and wish to run the program as a licensed user, that is, the full featured program. Which steps I must follow ?

Do you have a "My memoQ" tab in the topmost bar of tabs. If so, in that tab you should see an Activation wizard which helps you connect to memoQ's central activation server and activate your license. If Kilgray have supplied a serial number, you might have to enter it before connecting to the central activation server. | | |

On memoQ Free, I used the option to activate the license online, but it does nothing. The trial version already expired. Now I am on the Free-version mode. I wish to quit that mode and use the full program as licensed user. | | |

For instance, my license allows me to install and use MemoQ on 2 computers, and is tied to 2 serial numbers, one ending with 001 and the other one with 002. | | |

To download memoQ, open the memoQ.com website, and, in the memoQ for individual translators section, click Download. There is no section called memoQ for individual translators on memoQ.com | |

You might try completely removing the program (using Revo Uninstaller or some similar program), then reinstalling. Then enter the license number during installation. | | |

When I install the program, it always run on the free mode (that mode that the user enters when the trial version expires).
