Is it possible to apply Segmentation rules before the Filter?

Hello,

I have my custom Segmentation rules and a Filter, but when importing MemoQ 8.3 first processes Filter and only then SR, and I'd prefer it to be the other way around. I could not find this info in the documentation/on the web...
