Recommendations for Interpreting Courses in the UK

I have BA Hons Hispanic Studies and have been working as an intermediate level interpreter for community service-based assignments such as medical visits, school places appeals and optician appointments.

I am based in the North West of UK and am looking for courses which might help me develop.

Does anyone have any recommendations, please?
