Huge number of profile visits but a few stand out. Should I be concerned?

I've just seen my Proz.com profile has a huge number of profile visits (768) over the past 30 days but a few stand out (100+). Should I be concerned? What do you suggest?

prohoster.info and infomed.blox.ua are racking up a huge number of visits to my profile. When visiting these sites, their purpose is not clear. They appear to be Russian?

... after you! You should really be concerned. Arm yourself with a baseball bat, thats the best advise I can give ^^.
