I mainly deal with law, medicaland company related documents, but also marketingand tourism related texts. I use the most up-to-date CAT tools on the market, as SDL Trados, MemoQ, Memsource and others.
I can provide sworn translations and legalization of documents to be valid in Italy or abroad, on demand.

I provide interpreting services (consecutive interpreting) from Portuguese to Italian and vice versa.
I use professional equipment for my voice over jobs, directly performed in a recording studio, along with Audacity sound editor software for post-editing.

RATES AND CONDITIONS
My basic rate (negotiable) for professional translations/proofreading and post-editing depends upon:
- Total word count
- Degree of technicality of terminology
- Formatting (if applicable)
- Deadlines (i.e. is this a rush job?)
(Texts of over 10,000 words: rate decreases by 10%, depending upon type of text.)
A minimum charge is applied per each project.
I usually work at the pace of 2,500 source words per day on each individual project to ensure quality. If a tight deadline must be met (e.g. 4,000 words per day), the rate will increase accordingly. Weekend rates do apply in certain circumstances.
