Across the world, aging societies run the risks of severe economic consequences. Still, the Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union, comprising some 27 countries from Russia to Albania, is the only region in the world facing the combined challenges of rapid aging, relatively poor populations and an incomplete transition to mature market economies, according to a new World Bank report. For these countries, the problem are heightened by their need to simultaneously accelerate their economic transition and to urgently undertake longer-term reforms addressing demographic consequences, says the World Bank report From Red to Gray: The “Third Transition” of Aging Populations in Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union.

Source text - English Private real estate is composed of all types of buildings as well as the land they sit on. Houses, office buildings, warehouses, and shopping centers all are clear examples of real estate. Other, less obvious examples include privately owned ice-skating rinks and aircraft hangars. These are the buildings that various service Firms (e.g., recreation, lodging, and travel) need for their operations. Finally, petroleum refineries, steel mills, and utility power plants are partially real estate – some portion of these structures is considered industrial "plant," while the remainder is "equipment." Public real estate is composed of all government-owned office buildings, schools, firehouses, military barracks, and the like.
Like any economic variable, real estate can be measured both as a flow and as a stock. The flow of real estate is the value of new buildings put in place each year, less losses from the stock through depreciation or demolition. New completions represent an important component of national investment, which is also a flow variable. On the other hand, the total value of all existing buildings and the value of all land are stock variables, and are part of national wealth – also a stock variable. Since land is nonreproduciblе, it is always a stock variable and never a flow variable.

1.1. The provision for probable credit losses (PPCL) is a special reserve under RAS, necessity of its establishing arises from CBR regulations under credit business of the bank.
1.2. PPCL is to be created by the bank under:
• all granted credits;
• bills acquired by the bank;
• non-recovered amounts of bank guarantees;
• issued guarantees, under which the principal is registered in offshore zone;
• transactions effected under a financing agreement against money claim concession (factoring).
Hereinafter all above-mentioned deals are called transactions.
1.3. PPCL is established on account of the charges attributed to the bank’s expenses (meaning decreasing of the bank equity).

The Company’s obligation under the Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability Coverages to pay damages on behalf of the Insured applies only to the amount of damages in excess of any deductible amounts stated in the schedule below as applicable to such coverages.
The deductible amounts stated in the schedule apply under the Bodily Injury Liability or Property Damage Liability Coverage, respectively, to all damages because of all bodily injury or property damage as the result of any one accident.
