Так вышло, что писать о положительном воздействии гимнастики я села, когда книга уже закончена. Я написала про все, но не написала про то, ради чего, собственно, женщины делают гимнастику. Каких положительных результатов можно ожидать.
И вот я понимаю, что про положительные результаты писать мне отчего-то сложнее всего. То ли потому что за всеми радостными результатами стоит большой труд, то ли потому что результаты эти настолько становятся частью жизни, что уже и не отделить их и не увидеть причину в гимнастике. А может потому что хвалить сложнее, чем предупреждать о возможных негативных последствиях?
Как бы то ни было, гимнастика дает очень мощные положительные результаты и про них, безусловно, стоит писать.
Начнем с того, что гимнастика выравнивает геометрию тела по женскому типу. Тело любого человека имеет свои огрехи в геометрии, как минимум, правая сторона (у левшей – левая) больше используется и потому более развита и более напряжена, далее у многих есть перегибы в кифозе и лордозе (сутулость и перепрогиб поясницы). Когда я веду семинары, я часто говорю, что если взять просто 100 человек с улицы, и просто поставить их ровно, то любой человек, даже не специалист, увидит, у кого плечо одно выше другого, у кого свернут таз и так далее. И гимнастика Рождение Звезды приводит женское тело к его изначально заложенному потенциальному состоянию. Например: тонкая, высокая женщина перестанет со временем практики сутулиться и обретет известную плавность и хрупкость, заземлится устойчивостью. Женщина крупного плотного телосложения станет расслабленной и красивой в своем теле, мягко-текучей и гибкой. Тело балансируется в своем природном естестве, а голова принимает тело таким, каким его задумала природа: уникальным. Я не раз наблюдала такие истории среди гимнасток и не устаю удивляться и радоваться силе воздействия гимнастики. Тело становится действительно красивым, и женщины, иногда впервые в жизни (!) соглашаются с тем, что тело такое, и что оно красиво! Я знаю невероятное количество привлекательнейших женщин, которые считают, что их телу все время чего-то не хватает, чтобы называться хотя бы нормальным, не говоря уже – красивым. Женщины готовы на многое, чтобы изменить, «улучшить» свое тело, часто воспринимая буквально: «Красота требует жертв». Поэтому надо удалить ребра, убрать жир, где-то что-то нарастить и так далее. Бесконечные диеты…
Translation - English Positive effects of Stella Maria gymnastics course
It happened so that I am writing this part on the Course’s positive effects after completing the rest of this book’s parts. I wrote about everything, but not about the very reason why do women practice the course. What positive results can one expect from the course?
I realize now that for some reason writing about positive results is the hardest part for me. Is it because the results required a lot of work? Or maybe it is because the results become a part of life and it’s hard to separate them from what could have come by other means? Or maybe it's just giving praise is harder than warning about possible negative consequences?
Whatever the case, Stella Maria course brings powerful positive results and they certainly are worth writing about.
To begin with, Stella Maria course shapes the body geometry to the feminine type. The body geometry of any person has its flaws, the right side is more used, therefore it is more developed, and tenser (left side for left-handed). Many have excessive curves in kyphosis and lordosis areas (stooped shoulders and excessive bending in the waist). When I conduct my seminars, I often say that if you take 100 people from the street and put them standing next to each other, then any observer, not even an expert, will notice when a shoulder is higher than the other one, and when a pelvis is rolled to a side, and so on. So the Stella Maria gymnastics course brings the female body to its originally intended potential state. For example, over time, a thin, tall woman will cease to stoop and will develop a certain smoothness and fragility, she will be grounded in stability. A woman of a large dense physique will become relaxed and beautiful in her own body, soft-flowing and flexible. The body will be in balance with its natural qualities, and the mind will see the body in the way intended by the nature – as unique. I have often witnessed such stories among the course practitioners and every time I wonder and rejoice at the powerful effects of the course. The body becomes really beautiful, and women – sometimes for the first time in their lives (!) – agree that their body is the way it is and their body is beautiful! I personally know an incredible number of very attractive women who believe that their bodies always lack something to call it normal, let alone beautiful. Women are ready to go far to change and "improve" their bodies, they often perceive the saying "beauty requires sacrifice" literally. Therefore, some women deem it necessary to take out ribs, remove some fat, add something at other places, and so on. Same with the endless diets...

In many cases, engineers from the instrument supplier must be on site to perform these processes. This cost is generally passed on to the user. In some cases, experienced users can successfully calibrate properly manufactured instruments using multi-step procedures. During such calibration, physical standards and well plates may be used in combination with manual procedures. Manual calibration processing and data inspection is error prone and may rely on ad hoc or subjective measures. While a final system verification step may provide resilience against accepting suboptimal calibrations, automation offers improved objectivity and uniformity during such activities.

В некоторых случаях опытные пользователи могут успешно откалибровать правильно изготовленные приборы с помощью многоступенчатых процедур. Во время такой калибровки могут использоваться физические стандарты и луночные планшеты в сочетании с ручными процедурами. Ручная калибровка и проверка данных могут привести к ошибкам и могут использовать на специальные или субъективные методы. Хотя окончательный этап проверки системы может обеспечить устойчивость от принятия недостаточно качественной калибровки, автоматизация обеспечивает улучшенную объективность и единообразие во время таких действий.
